Sovereign Mountain
A citadel in the peaks. Gold at the crown, stone in the cold, and the city far below like a map.
Sovereign Mountain is not a tourist peak. It is the house that named GRITH, and the only place the city's laws are written in full.
The approach is a switch of stone and light. At the crown, a spire holds the hour. Below it, halls that do not keep visitor hours. Access is a letter, not a ticket.
On a clear night the plaza's hexes are visible from the terrace — a teal coin in the dark. That is the whole country, seen as it sees itself.
