04 · The mark
GRITH with moth
Named, and not alone.
This is the lock. The letters are the city. The moth sits with the name — beside, not as a bug under a slogan. Use it on the door, the letterhead, the citation. This is what is remembered.

MARK · THE LOCK
04 is the mark. 01 is the small seal when the name will not fit. Gold on void. Remembered.

04 · The mark
Named, and not alone.
This is the lock. The letters are the city. The moth sits with the name — beside, not as a bug under a slogan. Use it on the door, the letterhead, the citation. This is what is remembered.

01 · The small seal
Weird may stay.
When the name will not fit — favicon, wax, a pin — the moth goes alone. Same soul. Smaller door.
THE SEAL, STRUCK
The full seal — the moth over the name, ringed by the coordinates and the office — struck three ways. The same seal carries the city's card when a door is shared elsewhere.

STRUCK
The seal as a coin: embossed, gold on black wax. For the places a mark is pressed, not printed.

NIGHT
The seal lit from within, the name in gorge-water teal. For the dark, which is most of the time here.

INK
The seal in ink on paper — the one light ground the city keeps. For print, and for rooms that are not the void.
HOW THEY WORK
The name with the moth is the lintel — door, letter, citation. The moth alone is the small seal — favicon, wax, a pin. The struck seal — moth, name, coordinates, office — is the card the city shows when a door is carried elsewhere. Do not put a citizen in the wings. Do not put a key in the letters.
