Orbital Ascension
Towers that do not belong to the plaza. A bridge over the drop, and the fleet in the weather above.
Orbital Ascension is the Rim's answer to Sovereign Mountain: height without a seat. The towers keep no civic hours. The bridge is the only public floor.
Airships dock here when the mountain will not have them. The gold in the windows is the same gold as the hotel, which is not a coincidence and not an invitation.
A walk across the bridge is allowed with clearance. A room in the towers is not. File for the fleet, or file for the mountain. Do not file for both in the same letter.
